MICROLEN closed-cell polyethylene and EVA foams are produced in blocks, in a range of densities and colours.
These are designed to meet selection criteria for a broad range of applications and methods of fabrication.
MICROLEN has unique performance characteristics and is available in a nominal density range between 30kg/m3 and 400kg/m3. These foams provide cost-effective replacements for many materials including:
felt
neoprene
natural rubber
polyurethane foam
PVC foam
wood composites
mineral wool; and
fibreglass
EVA is recommended for applications where repeated compression and recovery is required.
MICROLEN is available in a variety of block sizes.
